20 minutes and concentrate on something 20 feet away.

Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Water plays a very crucial
role in maintaining good health and keeps away from headache.
4. Take
Breaks: During regular breaks move out from office and get some fresh air,
stretch yourself to relax your muscles and feel fresh throughout the day.
5. Handle Stress: Practice yoga, deep breathing,
or meditation to keep away the stress from your daily routine.
6. Use Noise-Cancelling Headphones: Wear
noise-cancelling headphones to reduce distractions and minimize noise
pollution.
7. Limit Caffeine and Sugar: Just try to
have 1-2 caffeine in a whole day and also limit your sugar intake.
