For a healthy breakfast, try oatmeal tiramisu

 1/2 cup oats

2/3 cup milk

A teaspoon of fast -melting coffee or espresso powder


1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Spray

1/4 cup yogurt

Cocoa powder for decoration

How to prepare Tiramisu oats

In a jar, mix oats, milk, coffee, honey, chia seeds, vanilla and salt well.

Put the jar in the fridge for a whole night.

Put the yogurt on the face of the mixture, then sprinkle it on the cocoa powder.
